Cookbook author – Eating to Survive–
After discovering at the age of sixteen that my malnourishment and inability to gain weight were due to celiac disease, I began exploring gluten free food options and discovered that they weren’t nourishing off the store shelves. This devastating discovery led to the rekindling of my love for cooking and baking that I had from childhood. I wanted to take the intimidation out of cooking healthfully. Now with over 10 years experience, and one cook book later, I’m ready to help people see healthy food in a new light.
