Ingredients List:
8 | oz | Butter (2 sticks) |
6 | oz | Brown sugar |
1 | t | Vanilla |
1 | t | Cinnamon |
1 | French Baguette | |
6 | Eggs | |
3 | Egg yolks | |
1 | cup | Cream |
1 | cup | Half and half |
1 | Split Vanilla bean | |
1 | Orange zested |
Instructions:
1: Cut baguette into 1 in slices. Place in the pan(9"x13"), pressing into the brown sugar mixture.
2: Mix eggs, vanilla, and orange together. Pour over the bread in your pan. Cover and let set for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
3: Preheat oven to 350*. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes until puffed and edges are golden.
