Chef Randee’s recipe from her wildly popular brunch class!

Ingredients List:

8 oz Butter (2 sticks)
6 oz Brown sugar
1 t Vanilla
1 t Cinnamon
1 French Baguette
6 Eggs
3 Egg yolks
1 cup Cream
1 cup Half and half
1 Split Vanilla bean
1 Orange zested

Instructions:

1: Cut baguette into 1 in slices. Place in the pan(9"x13"), pressing into the brown sugar mixture.

2: Mix eggs, vanilla, and orange together. Pour over the bread in your pan. Cover and let set for  4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

3: Preheat oven to 350*. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes until puffed and edges are golden.
